Background

Rivage Investment is an independent portfolio management company licensed by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). It is mainly involved in the financing of infrastructure projects (including renewable energy, telecoms infrastructure and transport) and public sector financing. Through the projects it finances, Rivage Investment contributes to the efforts made in favour of the energy transition. The company manages 20 investment funds representing more than €7.5 billion. Our clients are French and foreign institutional investors who are confident in our ability to achieve their financial and non-financial objectives. Rivage Investment is ranked among the top 10 global managers of infrastructure loan funds and among the top 50 global managers of private debt.

As a major player in the loan fund segment, we continue to grow by developing new funds to meet the needs of institutional investors and we are looking for high-potential employees to support this development.

The company currently employs around 40 people of different nationalities. Our strong growth continues and we are constantly strengthening our teams.

The fundraising and marketing team is composed of three people, the Junior Sales & Marketing will be in charge of supporting this activity with French and international institutional clients.

Fonctions

The team is composed of Rivage Investment’s Development Director, an Investor Relations Manager and a trainee.

The main missions of the future intern will be:

• Creating and updating marketing and communication tools (new fund brochures, investor meeting materials, emailing tools, etc.);
• Replying to calls for tender, due diligence questionnaires;
• Assistance in monitoring the existing portfolio, prospecting for new investors;
• Competition intelligence.

• Good academic knowledge of economics, corporate and market finance;
• Successful internships in the financial world;
• Marketing creativity;
• Master 1 or 2- Grande Ecole de Commerce – Sciences Po ;
• Ability to evolve in a fast-growing start-up company;
• Very good oral skills in French and English and very good writing skills in French and English;
• Good level in a third language among German, Spanish and Italian;
• Advanced knowledge of the office pack (Excel, Power Point and Word).
