Ophélie joined Rivage Investment in July 2025 as a Risk Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in finance across various institutions.

She spent five years at Natixis Investment Managers International as an Investment and Operational Risk Analyst, first in London and then in Paris. In this role, she was notably responsible for monitoring liquidity, market, and ESG risks.

Prior to that, Ophélie began her career at Société Générale as an Assistant Trader within the cross-asset team.

Ophélie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Computer Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Statistical and Financial Engineering from Paris-Dauphine University.

Matthew Kay joined Rivage in December 2024 as Senior Risk Manager after a French-British career focused on finance and risk.

After starting out as an analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland and then as a portfolio management consultant at Kyte Capital, Matthew spent almost 10 years, both in Paris and London, at Gatemore Capital Management where, as an investment consultant and then risk director, he advised institutional investors on investment strategy and manager selection, and then headed up risk management for multi-manager hedge funds. After running the finance function for a sustainable mobility trade show, he then joined Shares, a French fintech broking firm, to head up their risk function.

Matthew is also an active volunteer in Franco-British charities, serving on the board of the Hertford British Charitable Fund, an organisation that provides grants to other charities and individuals in need of financial support in France.

Matthew holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University, and has been a CFA Chartholder (CFA Institute) since 2013.

Dimitri joined Rivage in September 2022 as a Legal & Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Rivage, he began his career as a Legal Officer at a law firm specializing in project finance. He then served as Corporate and Business Customers Operations Officer in the retail banking division of Société Générale.

Dimitri holds a Master’s degree in Taxation, Business Law, Consulting, and Business Management from INSEEC Paris Business School (France) and an MBA in Compliance from Financia Business School (France).

Pierre joined Rivage in September 2019 as a compliance and risk analyst.

With a dual background in legal and corporate finance, Pierre also holds an MBA2 in Compliance from Financia Business School and is certified as an ESG Analyst by the European Federation of Financial Analysts.

Julien joined Rivage Investment in December 2017 as Head of Compliance, Internal Control and Risk.

He has more than 17 years of experience in asset management industry and risk & compliance areas. He began his career in a consulting firm where he worked on new regulations implementation (MiFID in particular), process analysis and risk assessment projects for asset managers, banks and insurers based in France, the UK or in Morocco. He then joined Natixis Investment Managers, first as a risk specialist, where he advised the group’s European and Asian affiliates (25+ entities specialized in all asset classes including infrastructure and real estate) in their implementation of risk management systems and related projects, then as manager of the team in charge of the group’s operational risk Value-at-Risk calculation (35+ entities worldwide).
