Jason joined Rivage Investment at the end of 2022 as an Investment Director to participate in the launch of a Growth debt fund on the themes of climate solutions and decarbonization, with a pan-European deployment. He had spent the previous 8 years at Bpifrance Investissement first as an Associate and then as an Investment Director. He has spent over 10 years investing in innovative companies and projects.

Jason started his career as an analyst at CDC Climat investing in equity in digital start-ups that were helping to reduce CO2 emissions. He then joined Bpifrance in 2014 to participate in the launch and deployment of the French Tech Acceleration fund. In 2018, he joined the Bpifrance Green Venture fund team to invest in high-growth innovative companies in the field of climate technologies.

Jason is a graduate of EDHEC and holds a bachelor degree in applied mathematics from the University of Versailles.

Onada joined Rivage in September 2020, at first in the Investor Relations role where she was actively involved in monitoring the content and evolution of the various investment opportunities.

She is now evolving into an analyst role in the impact Growth debt team, following her active contributions to the construction of the activity. Previously, she spent 6 years in the investment department of Allianz, in Munich and Paris, focusing on the analysis and implementation of fixed income credit strategies as well as the steering of insurance portfolios.

Onada holds a Masters in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan and is a CFA chartholder since 2018.

Eric Thamin joined Rivage Investment in 2021 to launch a Growth debt initiative targeting Climate and decarbonization solutions in Europe.

He has 25 years of experience in Corporate Development, Corporate M&A and Strategy and investment advisory. Over the 1997 – 2016 period, he worked at Veolia (utilities), Asterop (software & data), then Tages (M&A advisory) then SIG plc (Building Materials) in various corporate development roles. From 2016 to 2019 he was Group Strategy and M&A Director at Quadient SA (SBF 120 company, hardware and software, 1.1 B€ turnover, 50% of which in North America). His sectorial expertise covers notably Software and Hardware, Construction and Building Materials, Utilities and Waste management. In terms of M&A track record he has completed more than 30 deals, in Europe and North America, investing more than 500 M€ overall, with a high diversity in terms of counterparts (entrepreneurs, start-ups, family owned businesses, Private Equity and VC, Corporates, JVs). He has also realized several divestments. He has extensive experience in the innovation, growth companies and VC ecosystem (notably via Asterop’ Series A done with Accenture Technology Ventures as lead investor, and while at Quadient being an LP within two leading VC Funds in Europe).
