Philippe joined Rivage Investment in July 2025 as Head of Wholesale Development for France and French-speaking Europe. He is responsible for implementing Rivage’s commercial strategy with intermediated clients, focusing on business development and managing relationships with distribution partners.

With 30 years of experience in asset management, life insurance, and private banking, Philippe has held senior roles in commercial and marketing development. Most recently, he was Head of Business and Marketing Development at Dorval AM (a Natixis IM affiliate), where he led the distribution of ESG funds to institutional and wholesale clients across France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Monaco.

Earlier in his career, Philippe held key positions at Deutsche Bank, Generali Patrimoine, Edmond de Rothschild AM, Robeco Bank, and Trusteam Finance. In these roles, he contributed to the launch of private banking services, built strategic partnerships, and drove commercial expansion across Europe.

Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion.

Nicolas joined Rivage Investment in February 2026 as an Investor Relations Associate – Wholesale focused.

Before joining the firm, Nicolas worked as an Investor Relations Associate at Calao Finance from 2022, where he was actively involved in fundraising activities with family offices, independent financial advisers and institutional investors. He also contributed to the development of the firm’s brand through numerous.

He previously held positions at Denovel Gestion Privée in private wealth management, as well as at Amundi Asset Management and Amiral Gestion, where he worked on legal, regulatory and sales support matters.

Nicolas holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Wealth Management from Paris II Panthéon Assas University and a Master’s degree (Master II) in Banking and Financial Law from Université Côte d’Azur.

Patrick joined Rivage Investment in 2016 as the head of business development.

Patrick started his career as an interest rate swaps trader for BNP and Commerz Financial Products in Paris, Frankfurt and Prag. He moved then to a marketing position, in charge of sales of derivative products to East European corporates for Credit Lyonnais London. From 2000 until 2012, Patrick worked at Edmond de Rothschild Investment Managers as the Head of Business Development. He was responsible for the coverage of many European institutional investors and distributors on asset management products such as structured products, fixed income funds and hedge funds. He moved to Kepler Cheuvreux in 2013 where he intermediated illiquid assets. During this period he met Rivage Investment and started a fund raising activity during the first marketing campaign of a multi investors infrastructure debt fund by Rivage Investment.

Roger joined Rivage Investment in January 2026 as RFP & Reporting Manager, with the mission of structuring and leading institutional RFP responses as well as investor reporting in a context of strong growth.

He has over twenty years of experience in finance and asset management. After beginning his career at Merrill Lynch, Roger moved into project finance and public sector financing (Crédit Foncier, then the Banque de Financement et de Trésorerie) before transitioning to asset management at BFT. He later led the finance function of a tech company (Genious Systèmes) and, from 2018 onwards, specialised in RFPs at Amundi–BFT, coordinating responses for leading international asset managers. Roger also teaches ESG at Université Paris Cité.

He holds an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University – Fisher College of Business, a DESS from the Sorbonne, and an engineering degree from ESTP.
