Chris joined Rivage Investment (US) LLC in April 2025 as Investment Director. He brings nearly ten years of experience in advisory, origination, structuring, and investing, with a focus on private debt and investment banking.

Prior to this, he served as Vice President in QIC’s High Yield Infrastructure Debt strategy, where he focused on infrastructure assets across the energy, energy transition, transportation, and telecommunications sectors in North America.

Before joining QIC, Chris worked in investment banking at Jefferies and Energy Capital Solutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Seyler joined Rivage Investment (US) LLC in May 2025 as an Associate. He brings a strong background in banking and telecommunications operations, with a focus on fiber networks, data centers, and solar farm infrastructure.

Prior to joining Rivage, he worked at ING Capital, specializing in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sector, and at Zayo Group, where he supported financial strategy for backbone fiber infrastructure.

Seyler holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University, with concentrations in Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, and Investment Analysis.

Jazib was appointed Head of North America at Rivage Investment (US) LLC in 2025 with over 25 years of investment, trading and origination experience across private credit, hedge fund, bank and corporate platforms. Most recently, Jazib was a Managing Director for EIG Global Partners, focusing on Direct Lending in Power, Renewables and Energy Transition infrastructure assets.

Prior to that, Jazib worked for Citigroup, Bank of America, Shell, Deutsche Bank and LTCM.

Jazib holds a MBA from The Wharton School, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
