Vincent Guinaudeau

Vincent joined Rivage Investment in September 2023 as Co-Head of Climate Growth Debt – financing companies providing decarbonization and circular economy solutions.

He has 13 years of international experience in corporate and project financing with a focus on cutting-edge decarbonization and climate adaptation technologies. He started his career with Morgan Stanley in London – advising the financing of European companies during strategic operations. From 2014, he fully focused on climate financing – investing in debt and equity in complex structures with innovative technologies (such as offshore wind or energy efficiency) with the UK Green Investment Group (acquired by Macquarie). Vincent also designed and secured financing for climate companies and projects in East Africa and in the Pacific with the Global Green Growth Institute.

Before joining Rivage, he was the Head of Hard-to-Decarbonize sectors within the Private Sector Division of the Green Climate Fund (largest global climate fund with 13 bn$ of AUM) where he led investments in the climate transition of the mobility, industry, and manufacturing sectors.

Vincent graduated in Economics at the Ecole Normale Supérieure – Paris Saclay, and in corporate finance at Sciences Po Paris.
